Abstract

Purpose - This paper aims to develop an inclusive communication model for halal tourism that meets the needs of tourists from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that the information and services.
Method/Design/Approach - A qualitative approach is used by analyzing literature, case studies, and interviews with industry players and tourists to understand the challenges and solutions in inclusive halal tourism.
Findings - The inclusive communication model can be achieved through easily accessible information, the use of technology to enhance the tourism experience, and the involvement of local communities. Services sensitive to religious and cultural needs, such as prayer facilities and halal food, are also essential to create a comprehensive experience.
Originality/Value: This model contributes to the development of more inclusive and culturally diverse halal tourism, enhancing the appeal of halal tourist destinations globally.
